Languages::ensure()
Provides a collection of installed languages, even if in single-language mode. In single-language mode Language::single() is used to create the default language
Languages::ensure() has been marked as unstable. It might be changed in a future Kirby major or minor release without being considered a breaking change. Use with caution.
