About me
I'm a freelance designer and web developer based in Leipzig, Germany.
Design meets Code
With a diploma in Communication Design from Karlsruhe University of Arts and Design and 8+ years of coding experience as a freelancer, I'm at home in both the design and coding worlds. Working across disciplines means fewer miscommunications, shorter feedback cycles, and websites that feel cohesive.
I create contemporary visual appearances that allow for a certain playfulness and focus on details while writing robust, modern code and aiming for privacy-friendly solutions with low environmental footprints.
Kirby and Custom Development
When working in Kirby, I make extensive use of Kirby's Blocks and Layouts, creating flexible and adaptive panel workflows. Kirby's flexibility also makes it well-suited for custom solutions. Based on project requirements, I develop tailored plugins to extend the CMS for specific needs like full-text search, forms, or custom panel fields.
