EULA 2026-09-08: Summary of changes
With this EULA update, we have made changes to the handling of refunds.
In particular, we have changed the following:
Your rights
- We have extended the explanations on refunds for licenses purchased by consumers (right of withdrawal).
- Note that the right of withdrawal only applies to consumers (purchases for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to your commercial nor your self-employed professional activity).
Clarifications
- We have clarified that Kirby can be evaluated before purchase.
